Learn How To Smoke Brisket, In Under 60 Seconds!

Brisket, The Fast and Easy Way

When it comes to BBQ, brisket is king. A proper brisket has a great bark, is moist, tender, and has a great smoky flavor.


The good news is that you do not have to complicate the process


👉Here’s the easy way to make brisket

Ingredients


✅14-16lb brisket

✅ Yellow Mustard

✅Box Yo Mama Rub

✅Beef Consomme (Super Juice)


Method

1️⃣ Trim the brisket, slather in mustard and give a heavy coat of rub.

2️⃣ Set your smoker to 250 degrees with Pecan and Cherry wood and cook the brisket until 175 degrees internal. Making sure to spritz every hour after the 3rd hour

3️⃣ When your brisket hits 175 degrees, lay out 2 pieces of foil, add 4oz of Beef Consomme and another layer of rub. Wrap brisket and cook until 207 degrees internal.

4️⃣ After the brisket has hit 207 internal, remove from the smoker and crack open the foil and vent the brisket for 10 minutes.

5️⃣ Close up the foil and place brisket into a cooler for 4 hours minimum
