Ingredients
â 1 Bone In Pork Shoulder
â Mustard
Method
1ď¸âŁ Score the pork butt and cover with mustard as a binder
2ď¸âŁ Season heavily with both rubs (the pork can take it!)
3ď¸âŁ Set your smoker or oven to 235 degrees and smoke for 6-7 hours or until 165 degrees internal
4ď¸âŁ Place the pork butt into a foil tin, cover with 1/2 a bottle of Loco Verde, cover with foil and place back into the smoker until 203 degrees internal
5ď¸âŁ Let pork rest for about 20-30 minutes and then pull. At this point you can add more Loco Verde
